Ninja 500r valve noise?
I just did a valve adjustment and I’m getting this noise, in person, it sounds kinda like somebody taping on it with a screwdriver. I’m assuming this means, despite my meticulus attempts to get them set to spec, I did something wrong?…

Here is my 2006 Ninja 500r or Ex-500. It has 8700 miles. Bike was used to commute to and from work and was stored indoors at both places. The bike has never been laid down and has no rust or damage of any kind.
